Refund & Return Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

L&E Hydro Adventures ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service: Full refund.

Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund.

No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations

If L&E Hydro Adventures cancels a service due to unsafe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

- Services that have already been rendered or completed.

- Fees associated with noncompliance actions (see Noncompliance section).

- Processing and administrative fees.

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, you may appeal by contacting L&E Hydro Adventures through our Contact page. We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.

7. Noncompliance and Fund Holds

In cases of noncompliance with our Terms of Service, the following actions may affect refund eligibility:

- Funds may be held for up to six (6) months during investigation of compliance issues.

- Accounts found in violation may be frozen or permanently shut down.

- Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to noncompliance.
