By accessing or using the services provided by L&E Hydro Adventures ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

L&E Hydro Adventures provides boat tours, jet ski rentals, sunset cruises, and private charter services in South Carolina. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our services, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You are responsible for any fees or charges incurred through your use of our services.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Service may result in the following actions:

- Funds Hold: Any pending or processed funds may be held for a period of up to six (6) months while we investigate and resolve any compliance issues.

- Account Freeze: Your account may be temporarily frozen, restricting your ability to access services or make transactions.

- Account Termination: In cases of severe or repeated noncompliance, your account may be permanently shut down and all access to our services revoked.

We reserve the right to take any or all of these actions at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, to protect our business and other users of our services.

L&E Hydro Adventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by L&E Hydro Adventures or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
